- You will need to choose "Register for Order Status" the first time you use the system-Just entering your customer ID and filling in the password field will not work, a separate account is needed to use this system.
- When you Register for Order Status, you will be asked to enter your name, your Mid-South account number, a password of your choosing and your email.  You will receive an immediate email with a link to complete the secure registration process.  So, please check your email (and SPAM) right away.  -To refresh, click Clear filters.
